Join Team BBC and Baltimore Bicycle Works with special guest Coach Chris Newell for Monday night Trainer Sessions. Set up starts at 6pm and the workout will begin promptly at 6:15. Please B.Y.O.B & T (bring your own bike and trainer). Sessions are $12 per person or free to any Team BBC members.

New Year Rides
This weekend, Team BBC will be leading several rides to help you start the New Year right. The mountain ride will meet Saturday at 9:30am at Patapsco and the road ride will leave from BBW at 10am on Sunday. Read full post
