Woah, the world sure has changed a lot in the past few weeks.
First, we’d like to thank everyone for the continued support during these tough times. Without y’all we’d be nothing! We couldn’t of asked for a better community.
Secondly, we’d like y’all to know: YES, we are open! To do our part to help slow the spread of Covid-19 we are operating in a pick up and drop off capacity for the time being. What does that mean for you? Well mostly that we are currently not allowing customers inside of the buildings - but you will still get the same great service you have come to know from BBW. Just follow these simple steps to get service:
When you arrive at either shop, unload your bicycle or hop off if you rode, and come to the front doors. Please be mindful of other customers who are waiting for service by respecting social distancing rules. This means keeping 6 feet of space between yourself and others.
Give the shop a ring, 410-605-0705 for Falls or 443-438-6745 for Belvedere Square. Someone will pick up and take your information. We will then come to the doors and grab the bike from you. If you’ve already spent time disinfecting your bike - excellent - but we will also follow through cleaning all bikes when we take them in. Expect your typical free estimate, you can wait for that, or go about your day. We will call you.

Due to a few members going into self-imposed, cautionaryisolation please be patient with us. We are disinfecting each bike s it comes in, cleaning the shop, and trying our best to keep everyone on the road.
