Through a partnership with Nash Cycles, Baltimore Bicycle Works offers made-to-measure hand-crafted frames and forks.

We offer steel frames and forks in three construction methods: lugged, fillet brazed, and TIG welded. Each project starts with a fit and measurement session, followed by an interview where we determine the style of bicycle that best suits the rider's needs.

Then a full scale drawing is created, and the tubes, braze ons, drop outs, and lugs (if applicable) are selected, based on rider preference and builder discretion. This is when the fun starts! Tubes are mitered, lugs are carved, and the torch is fired up. Everything is aligned to tolerance and the frame is sent off to the paint booth. What comes back is a completely unique machine made to your specific needs and desires. Something to last a lifetime and to be cherished each mile.
